Precision
Four things that are commonly stated wrongly
The regulator is the FSRA. Abu Dhabi Global Market is the jurisdiction the FSRA sits in. ADGM does not itself regulate Titanium, and the distinction matters in print.
There is no escrow permission. The FSRA grants a Financial Services Permission. No separate escrow permission exists in the regime, so no firm can hold one. Titanium's permission is Providing Custody and Providing Money Services.
Authorisation is not endorsement. A permission records which regime a firm operates under and which conduct and client money rules bind it. It is not approval of the firm, and it does not insure a transaction.
Titanium's role is mechanical. It releases funds on a valid instruction from the authorised parties, or against documentary evidence the agreement specifies. It does not determine whether a condition precedent has been satisfied, whether a milestone has been achieved, or whether a warranty claim is well-founded.

What Titanium does not publish, and why
Stated so that an absence is not read as an oversight.
Transaction counts and volumes
Activity figures are self-reported and cannot be independently checked. Titanium's comparison set publishes none, and neither does this site.
Named transactions and clients
Two things must both be true before a matter is named: the transaction information must be publicly disclosed, and the description of Titanium's role must be supported by documented consent from the party who instructed us.
Fees
Quoted for the specific mandate after initial review and recorded in the agreement. A published schedule would invite a quote that does not reflect the transaction.
Insurance, audit and security detail
Provided in a diligence response for the specific engagement, under the applicable confidentiality terms, rather than published as a general representation.
Governing law and dispute forum
Recorded in each agreement as the parties choose. Titanium does not impose a default and does not represent that any forum is usual.
Machine-readable
facts.json
The same facts are published as a versioned JSON document at /facts.json, with each entry carrying its source. It exists so that a research tool, a knowledge system or a diligence workflow can read Titanium's position without a person transcribing it, and so that any transcription can be checked against a single origin.
The document is versioned and dated. If a fact on this page and a fact in that file ever disagree, the ADGM public register settles it.
