Website privacy notice
Last updated 15 September 2026. This notice describes what this website does. It does not describe how Titanium handles client, onboarding or transaction information, which is governed by the documentation provided to you at onboarding.

Titanium Financial Ltd, trading as Titanium Escrow, of Al Khatem Tower, ADGM Square, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for this website.

What this website does
This is a static website. Stated plainly, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust:
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no tag manager and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- It counts page views, using the measurement described in the next section.
- It loads no fonts, images or stylesheets from any third-party host. Apart from the measurement script, every asset is served from this domain.
- It embeds no third-party content, video or social media components.
- There is no login, no account and no user profile.
The contact page keeps two counts of its own, on this domain and nowhere else: that an enquiry was begun, and that one was submitted. Each count records one of a fixed set of values: a known page on this site where the enquiry began, or that it began somewhere else, together with the transaction type selected from the list on the form. Nothing typed or linked is recorded as written. Neither carries your name, your address, your telephone number or any part of what you wrote.
Standard server logs are generated by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, in the ordinary course of serving it. These are used for security and availability purposes.
Measurement
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. The script is served by Cloudflare from static.cloudflareinsights.com and is added when the site is deployed rather than written into the pages. What it reports is the page requested, the page you arrived from where your browser sends one, and the general information any request carries, such as the country and the type of device.
Cloudflare's published description of this product is that it sets no cookie for the purpose, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not follow a visitor across other websites.
It is separate from the enquiry form and from the two counts described above. Nothing you type into the form reaches it: not your name, your organisation, your email address, your telephone number, the value or date you give, or the description you write.
Information you send us
The enquiry form on the contact page is submitted to this website and delivered to Titanium by email. The fields collected are your name, your organisation, your email address, your telephone number, the transaction type, an approximate value, a target date and the description you write. They are used to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether Titanium can act, and for nothing else.
Delivery is handled on Titanium's behalf by Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the message in order to send it. The hosting of this website and the function that receives the form are provided by Cloudflare. Titanium does not sell enquiry information, does not share it with anyone else, and does not use it for marketing.
Enquiry correspondence is kept in Titanium's mailbox for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and after that for the period Titanium is required to keep records as a regulated firm.
Please do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents by ordinary email. Where documents are required, secure submission instructions are provided. Titanium does not request customer due diligence documents through this website.
Links to other websites
This website links to the ADGM public register so that Titanium's authorisation can be independently verified. Titanium is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of any website it links to.
Onboarding and transaction information
Information collected during onboarding, customer due diligence and the administration of a mandate is not covered by this notice. It is governed by the engagement documentation and the data protection notice provided to you at that stage, and by the requirements applicable to Titanium as a regulated firm.
Your rights
Titanium Financial Ltd is established in Abu Dhabi Global Market and handles personal data under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021.
You may ask for a copy of the personal data Titanium holds about you, ask for it to be corrected where it is wrong, ask for it to be deleted, object to a particular use of it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Some of these are limited where Titanium is required to keep records as a regulated firm.
Send the request to info@titaniumescrow.ae, marked for the attention of the Data Protection Contact. We will acknowledge it and tell you what we can do and by when. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of Data Protection at Abu Dhabi Global Market.
