What this website does
This is a static website. Stated plainly, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust:
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- It loads no fonts, images, scripts or stylesheets from any third-party host. Every asset is served from this domain.
- It embeds no third-party content, video or social media components.
- There is no login, no account and no user profile.
Standard server logs are generated by the hosting provider in the ordinary course of serving the site. These are used for security and availability purposes.
Information you send us
The enquiry form on the contact page opens a pre-filled message in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to a third-party form service. The information reaches Titanium as an ordinary email, and is used to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether Titanium can act.
Please do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents by ordinary email. Where documents are required, secure submission instructions are provided. Titanium does not request customer due diligence documents through this website.
Links to other websites
This website links to the ADGM public register so that Titanium's authorisation can be independently verified. Titanium is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of any website it links to.
Onboarding and transaction information
Information collected during onboarding, customer due diligence and the administration of a mandate is not covered by this notice. It is governed by the engagement documentation and the data protection notice provided to you at that stage, and by the requirements applicable to Titanium as a regulated firm.
