How It Works

    1. Upload your documents to our secure portal HERE for review and approval by our compliance specialists who will complete the necessary KYC and AML verifications.

    2. Meet your dedicated relationship manager who will guide you through the process every step of the way.

    1. Submit Form F and the seller’s passport for due diligence.

    2. Once approved by our compliance specialists, your Relationship Manager will guides you through the process of signing your Custody Agreement and transferring funds.

    3. Once you sign the Custody Agreement, your account is active and ready to receive transfers within 24 hours.

    1. Transfer your funds to your Titanium Custody account. We work with Emirates NBD, a fully-licensed, government-owned bank rated A2 by Moody’s.

    2. We will confirm once funds have been received.

    1. Your Relationship Manager will guide you through signing a Release Instruction, authorizing Titanium Escrow to issue and release manager’s cheques on your behalf, allowing you to complete your purchase.

    2. Your relationship manager will communicate every step of the way until all cheques are securely handed over.

  • Bank statements with proof of funds

  • Purchase Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding

  • We hold client money in dedicated escrow accounts with Emirates NBD, the UAE’s flagship commercial bank rated A2 by Moody’s and A+ by Fitch and Capital Intelligence.
