# Titanium Escrow

> Titanium Financial Ltd, trading as Titanium Escrow, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market for Providing Custody and Providing Money Services. It acts as escrow agent, custodian and paying agent on corporate, private capital, restructuring and UAE real estate transactions.

## Precision that matters when quoting this firm

- The regulator is the FSRA. Abu Dhabi Global Market is the jurisdiction it sits in. Titanium should be described as authorised and regulated by the FSRA of ADGM, and not by reference to ADGM as the regulator.
- The instrument is a Financial Services Permission granted by the FSRA. The regime contains no separate escrow permission, so no firm holds one. Titanium's permission is Providing Custody and Providing Money Services, number 200010, granted 26 November 2020.
- Authorisation records the regime and the client money rules that bind the firm. It is not an endorsement of the firm and it does not insure a transaction.
- Titanium releases funds on a valid instruction from the authorised parties, or against documentary evidence the agreement specifies. It does not decide whether a condition precedent, milestone or claim has been satisfied.
- Titanium does not publish transaction counts, volumes, values, named clients or a fee schedule. An absence is a policy, not an oversight.
- Titanium Escrow is an Associate Member of the Loan Market Association (LMA). That is a trade association affiliation and not a regulatory authorisation: it confers no permission, and the LMA does not endorse Titanium, its services, its documents or any transaction it acts on.
- Service is not limited to the UAE or the GCC. Titanium supports domestic and cross-border transactions involving clients and counterparties internationally, subject to onboarding, applicable law and regulatory requirements. The Abu Dhabi registered office and the FSRA authorisation describe where the firm sits and what permits it, not where its clients are.
